This is not your typical bootcamp.

The goal of these ‘bootcamps’ is to focus on proper strengthening, to teach proper form, and to educate and empower you to get strong in a fun class setting. There is an adult group and a master’s (55+) group to chose from.

The classes are capped at 5-7 participants to ensure everyone gets individual guidance as needed while following a group program that is suitable for all beginner and intermediate lifters.

OAKBANK CLASSES

BEAUSEJOUR CLASSES

Tuesday, 7:15pm (SOLD OUT)

Tuesday & Wednesday classes will run from the week of April 7th - June 23rd inclusive for a total of 12 weeks each, 1 hour per class. Cost is $240.

Monday’s classes will only be 11 weeks and not run the Monday of May Long Weekend. Cost is $220.

Oakbank classes are capped at 8 participants and Beausejour capped at 6. First come, first served so act fast! If you would like to do 2 of the classes, a 25% discount will apply to the second class.
