Hi, I’m KELSI COLE
I have been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember. It started in my early teens when I was wanting to pursue hockey at a high level. This led me to the gym where I have been training and lifting for 18 years.
With my hockey career I did have a number of injuries which is where my passion of becoming a physiotherapist set in. I did my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, where I played varsity hockey for a few seasons, earning an honours degree in Kinesiology. I then moved back home to do my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba.
While physiotherapy has been an amazing career, I also saw a hole that needed filling with offering proper strength training and conditioning to my clientele. It’s one thing to help people once they’re injured but I also wanted to help prevent it and it was the perfect match with my background in kinesiology, exercise physiology and my experience as a high level athlete.
our family
I live in the Hazelridge community with my husband and 2 dogs, Mack and Zola. We love to spend time at home on our acreage, workout in our home gym, travel and spend time with family and friends. Health and fitness really is at the centre of our family values and we love to share that with everyone!
