Welcome to Kelsi Cole Fitness. I started this community to empower people to get stronger and live better lives. In my clinic work as a physiotherapist, I saw so many people unable to live their best life due to injury. I wanted to be part of the solution and get ahead of injury by offering accessible strength training programs based on evidence-based practice while building relationships with each client to meet their individual goals.

“Bootcamp”

An in-person option for those who live locally (Oakbank & Beausejour) - a strength training class focused on proper lifting, educating people on the importance of strengthening and a fun environment to get strong! This is not your typical “bootcamp” and is geared towards beginner and intermediate lifters. Click our ‘Bootcamp’ page for class descriptions, times and locations.
